Description

These toner pads are infused with a nutrient-rich Galactomyces ferment extract that revitalizes tired skin. Additionally, they contain niacinamide for a brightening effect. Each lyocell pad has a smooth side for a gentle touch and a textured side for mild exfoliation. The pad can also be torn along the seam for use on smaller areas.
